Yonathan R. Azran
Yonathan Azran has a diverse background in the entrepreneurship, fashion, and finance industries. With his exposure to fashion and generationally defining brand launches, Azran saw the vital role that finance plays in creative spaces, especially the fashion industry. He then decided to pursue his education at the renowned USC Marshall School of Business.
After working with successful high-value brands across companies of all sizes, he oversaw the financial success of Chilli Beans, a Brazilian sunglass company, during its US launch following a significant investment from Gavea, a JP Morgan-owned PE. He then worked with Jordan Possell, ex-CFO at Beachmint, overseeing companies like Carbon38, Dailylook, and Bikyni.com, helping them position themselves for fundraising and growth.
Yonathan then used his expertise and founded NGU Consulting in 2016 to bring accounting, digital marketing analysis, and financial knowledge to companies. He oversaw companies such as Jaanuu, RtA, Jonathan Simkhai, Land of Distraction, Ghostflower, Dress the Population and others, which aggregately exceeded $80 million in revenue per year and raised over $30 million in capital.
Bobby I. Benveniste
Making the transition from corporate law in Los Angeles, Bobby I. Benveniste moved on to grow over 120 globe-spanning accounts from Tokyo to Toronto. When he decided to shift his career, he launched EISBAR and Kirtik, award-winning men’s contemporary sportswear lines.
Bobby then made the transition into a role at NBC’s Fashion Star as a Manufacturing Producer, directly responsible for recreating a factory to manage a challenging workflow and establishing a system of communications between designers, networks, and retailers. He also managed creative logistics post-taping, including pre-production, format methodology for foreign markets, and ongoing supervision of garment production.
Currently, he’s a freelance CEO, COO, and Brand Manager for retailers and manufacturers. He brings his expertise from the fashion industry into startup businesses and oversees all initial deliverables such as sourcing designers, negotiating rates, and solidifying a viable marketing and business plan, helping them avoid common pitfalls during their first year of operation.
